What to expect after you order.
Your order is prepared for shipment before being handed to the carrier.

From checkout to your door.

Once checkout is complete, your order enters our processing queue.
Order Processing
Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for processing.
On the Way
After processing, estimated shipping time is approximately 5–12 business days.
Delivered
Your carrier completes delivery to the shipping address provided with your order.
Follow it from shipment to delivery.
Once tracking information becomes available for your shipment, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Carrier tracking may occasionally take some time to begin showing movement after the shipping information is created.
Please check your shipping address carefully.
Please make sure your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code are correct before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.
We give you our best estimate. Sometimes shipping takes a little longer.
Processing and delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier delays, severe weather, unusually high shipping volume, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
